Terms and conditions (AGB)
§ 1 Scope, seller
These terms apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital content via this website between Maicol Angioni, ROYA D'OR, Oppenheimer Straße 18, 60594 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, info@royador.com (the “seller”) and the customer. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession (§ 13 BGB).
§ 2 Subject of the contract
The subject is the digital package “J.A.R.V.I.S.” (version 1.0, October 2026), consisting of an e-book as a PDF, a Prompt Pack (Markdown and PDF) and a short guide as a text file (LIESMICH.txt, LEGGIMI.txt or README.txt), delivered as a ZIP file. The package is available in German, Italian or English, at the customer's choice; the customer chooses the language before ordering. All files in a package are in the chosen language; only the package in the chosen language is delivered. This is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. It is not software, consulting or a subscription; updates beyond the statutory duty to update are not owed. Using Claude Code requires a separate, paid account with a third-party provider, which is not part of this contract.
§ 3 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the product on the website is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. After ticking the required declarations, the customer submits a binding offer by clicking the PayPal or Google Pay button and completing the payment. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the payment and immediately afterwards shows the customer the order confirmation with the download link.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The price is EUR 19.00 (final price). No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. Payment is made via PayPal or Google Pay (processed via PayPal). The terms of the respective payment service also apply. There are no shipping costs.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery takes place immediately after payment by providing a personal download link. The link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads. The customer should save the files promptly. In the event of technical problems, the seller will provide a new link on request to info@royador.com.
§ 6 Rights of use
The customer receives a simple, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable, personal right of use. The customer may read the content on their own devices and use prompts and code excerpts in their own projects (including business projects). In particular, resale, passing on, making publicly available, copying for third parties and use in courses or products of third parties are prohibited, even in part or free of charge.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy. The right of withdrawal expires early under the conditions of § 356(5) BGB.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory provisions on defects in digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). The content describes a real project; it does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice and makes no promise of any particular financial result.
§ 9 Liability
The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). In the case of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. For damage to systems or data caused by implementing the instructions described, or for costs of third-party providers, the seller is only liable in accordance with the preceding sentences; the customer is responsible for their own backups and for checking before use.
§ 10 Contract text, contract language
The contract text is not stored separately by the seller and cannot be accessed via the website after the contract has been concluded. The customer can print or save these terms and receives an order confirmation to download and by e-mail after purchase. The contract language is German; this English translation is provided for convenience only. The language of the content (German, Italian or English) is the one the customer chooses when ordering and is stated in the order confirmation.
§ 11 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of their habitual residence. The seller is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
